January 2026 Lunch Meeting

Please join us for a joint MCS and Great Lakes Chapter lunch meeting taking

place on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. Steven Wenzel, of Lake Superior Consulting,

will be our guest speaker. Steven will be presenting on “Coating Conductance on

Pipelines”.

Steven Wenzel is the Director of Corrosion Engineering and Design at Lake

Superior Consulting in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is an AMPP-certified Cathodic

Protection Specialist, CIP Level 1, and Internal Corrosion Technologist with extensive

experience in pipeline integrity and corrosion control.

At Lake Superior Consulting, Steven leads teams in the design and

implementation of advanced cathodic protection systems and supports a wide range

of integrity management initiatives. Prior to joining Lake Superior Consulting, he

managed internal and external corrosion programs within the Integrity Management

Engineering group for a major pipeline operator in North Dakota.

Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the

University of Minnesota Duluth and is an active member of AMPP.
